Amazing store with awesome group of people. I was in the market for a new Road Bike, having owned an Trek FX 3 in the past. After explaining the type of bike I was looking for, the folks at the store recommended the Trek Domane, explain why that would be the right choice and set up a test ride for me. Alex, at the Redmond store is great to talk to, and was extremely helpful and efficient with the purchase of the bike and at the time of pick up with purchase of additional accessories. The bike maintenance/support crew also helped customize the bike to my specs and were great as well. I really loved my buying experience at the store and will recommend it to anyone in the market for a new bike.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! When I asked if I needed to buy a different kind of helmet, they were honest and said no, rather than upsell me something I didn’t need. And when a bell I bought didn’t fit right on my scooter, they let me exchange it days later, and helped me choose and install a functional replacement. It really feels like they prioritize customer satisfaction over profit, so I’d like to return the favor by sending more customers their way.

Such wonderful service and kindness! Alex helped me last minute on a Friday with switching out a wheel for a free wheel on a kids bike! Loved the shop, and will be back!

I just bought a bike for my wife yesterday with the service from Josh(or Jorge?). It's a quite delightful experience as Josh is such a patient guy who introduced every details of a bike/riding. We are pretty new to bike area so I do appreciate Josh's help and patience. Great experience!!!
