I just bought a bike for my wife yesterday with the service from Josh(or Jorge?). It's a quite delightful experience as Josh is such a patient guy who introduced every details of a bike/riding. We are pretty new to bike area so I do appreciate Josh's help and patience. Great experience!!!

Been into Trek Redmond about 8 times over the last year for bike maintenance and warranty issues. It’s not the closest bike shop to my house, but the employees who work there always make it worth the extra time driving. Throughout the issues I’ve encountered, Alex has always stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did Trek Redmond fix/warranty the problems with my bike, but they went above and beyond with the level of detail and customer experience throughout the process. Highly recommend the Trek Redmond team!

My husband and I went in on a Saturday and they were SUPER busy. The staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time with each customer to make sure they answered all of their questions. I had a fantastic test ride and bought a bike. Alex took the time to go over everything I needed to know about the bike and I appreciate the complimentary service / maintenance checkup that comes with the bike as well. All around great experience.
