What a shop. Found it by accident on the way else where. Staff were amazing, shop well stocked with everything you could want and more. As a road racing nerd the jersey collection on the mezzanine is worth the visit alone. Next bike will be a trek based off this store.

I came in yesterday to exchange my size S for a Medium, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff were genuinely helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. They made the size swap easy, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed.
You can tell they actually care about getting the right bike on the right person. Friendly service, no fuss, and they treated a simple exchange like it mattered. That’s how it should be.
Would happily come back — and I’d recommend this Trek store without hesitation.

Had trouble with my dropper post and a creaking sound coming from the motor on my trek fuel exe, I didn’t get his name but he sorted my dropper post within minutes and booked me in to get the creaking sound looked at and sorted as they was short on mechanics and very busy. Also helped me through the warranty. Really helpful and understanding thank you

Took my Trek fuel exe 8 xt here, for a software update and a problem with my index shifting. Didn't need to book an appointment. Checked my bike over straight away, sorted the gears out and updated the software, in and out 20minutes, no charge. Excellent customer service.
