Took my Trek fuel exe 8 xt here, for a software update and a problem with my index shifting. Didn't need to book an appointment. Checked my bike over straight away, sorted the gears out and updated the software, in and out 20minutes, no charge. Excellent customer service.

The pads on my rear disc brake fell out (likely due to being poorly fitted by a different bike shop) whilst I was on the middle of the trans-pennine trail - Trek did the repair pretty much immediately, including getting the piston pushed back in and everything properly aligned, about 20 minutes. Really great service, thank you.

Called in today for advice on my brakes and handle positioning, a gentleman called Mark helped me. Amazing ! adjustments were made to my brakes to narrow the grip for my tiny hands, put some air in my tyres too. No charge wow ! Was prepared to pay but mark was just happy to help. Temped to get a new bike though now was blow away with their selection of awesome bikes. Thank you team Trek
