Provided me with great service from the first time I entered the shop to the day I picked up my new Trek Rail 7 mountain bike. Nothing was too much trouble, l had a short demo ride around the vicinity of the shopping centre and then arranged a three day demo of the bike so I could properly try it out. There was a long waiting time for the delivery of the bike but I was kept up-to-date with the process.

I had a fault with my bike frame, Trek examined it and offered to replace the bike, as the fault could not be fixed. Trek’s Lifetime guarantee is amazing.
