This is an excellent store and a real credit to the Trek brand. Not only were the staff patient and very knowledgeable, they were also extremely kind in arranging a demo ride for me on two of their bikes. Having initially been indecisive over whether to buy from Trek or from another brand, I am no more. Both bikes rode brilliantly and this, combined with the first class service and support, made it an absolute no-brainer.

I bought a Trek Madone SLR7 from Trek Fox Valley, Sheffield in January this year. What a brilliant bike. It’s fast, responsive, the Ultegra Di2 provides super smooth changing and it looks fantastic.
Also I would like to give a big positive shout out to the sales and mechanic staff at Fox Valley. They have been super helpful from the point of my purchase through to recent servicing and maintenance. Thanks everyone .
