I have bought a number of bikes from here but they really need to brush up on their customer service. I was looking to buy another bike and it just felt like I was an inconvenience asking questions, but my wife struggles with the weight of the bike and I wanted a lighter bike, but everything I asked seemed to upset the sales person. Still they lost a sale. Shame.

Not very good at all manager had a go at a member of staff while me as a customer was present. Not all bad,lad called Kieran was great helped me out with what I needed even fitted my parts as there was no mechanic present yet the manager still had a go at him, funny thing is he probably made the most sales they had that day. Great service, terrible manager

Brought bike in for new for install and rebuild of brakes, etc.
Work itself was good, but after one ride I noticed that my caliper bolts had not been tightened properly - and one bolt completely missing. If I hadn't noticed, likely the other bolt would have fallen out eventually as well which could have lead to a bad crash.
Not impressed - and had to tighten all 4 bolts up (after replacing one) to make it safe.

Visited on Sunday the 3rd July and was studiously ignore by all staff while they chatted amongst themselves. Tried phoning Monday, early afternoon, but the phone went unanswered.
Interesting business model !!
But when I went back again on the following Wednesday, different staff, different business. Friendly, interested and helpful .... so i bought a bike !!
