I had visited another bike store. 3 times and they had not taken the time to make sure the bike was safe and working as it should. Thankfully, the mechanic at Trek made sure the bike was safe and working smoothly, enabling my daughter to get back to training

I recently had Trek fit some new bearings on my bike, and I was really impressed with their efficient service. They managed a two-day turnaround, which was just in time for my mountain biking trip to Wales. While they are a bit pricier compared to local shops, the extra cost was worth it since they had all the necessary parts in stock and got the job done quickly. If you need a reliable service, Trek is definitely worth considering!
