Visited on Sunday the 3rd July and was studiously ignore by all staff while they chatted amongst themselves. Tried phoning Monday, early afternoon, but the phone went unanswered. Interesting business model !! But when I went back again on the following Wednesday, different staff, different business. Friendly, interested and helpful .... so i bought a bike !!

Terrible service fixing my bike! I went to try and ask about why my disk breaks were sticking on. I was met by an incredibly rude man who progressed to belittle me about my attempts to try and diagnose the problem myself. He stated that the break fluid on my wheels was very bad for them, and they'd have to charge extra for deep cleaning, which i said was fine. To cut a long story short... I've paid 154 pounds for them not to clean my wheel (after scare mongering saying it was critical) and fix the breaks. I didn't receive an itemised list of the works performed on my bike. When I asked if I had any warranty on the works completed, some plonker there just said 'yeah yeah bring it back, mate.' Don't bother coming here Update from treks response: In fairness, I did find the receipt in my junk email after the works were complete, and I was charged £74 to fix my breaks. I have no problem with the shop highlighting they needed cleaning as per my first comment. But I do argue that the disk pads themselves had wd40 on them. As they weren't in the brakes when I sprayed them... they were in a sandwich bag. All I would say is, for the cost of repair, someone would expect the wheels to be cleaned or even at the risk of damage the opportunity to clean them. He said I needed to leave the WD40 on the wheels to show the tech. (I have added photos of the now clean wheels. Literally took me 20 seconds to clean off) I was also under the impression I would be sent a list of works required after further inspection by the tech... but I only received a text saying by bike was complete 3 days later. The silver lining to all this is that my breaks are still working so I guess there's that.

Called in on my way to Langsett as I needed to replace my Shimano spd cleats. At £17.99 I now wish I had just returned to Sheffield and used my local bike store where they are for sale at £7.99 !!! In fact on e-bay they're as little as £4.99 !!! The staff were pleasant and helpful but my goodness, talk about a rip off. Lesson learned, I won't be returning.

I would not recommend this store. Lynford was especially rude to me, and store manager Harry was nigh on as bad. I have been unable to get help with 4 month old FX4 due to the horrible attitude of these two. Instead I am having to pay a local bike mechanic to look at an issue on a brand new bike. I would not give these guys a penny, use a bike store like Butterworths or J E James and don't pay the wages of staff like Lynford and Harry.

Their website claims 24 hour service times, no need to book. I made a special trip to drop my bike with them today to be told they cannot fit it in for over a week. Staff member was very rude and unapologetic. Spent a lot of money on two bikes from trek in the last year and this is very disappointing !!

Booked in for a tyre change yesterday. Clearly explained it was a tubeless tyre which I was assured was in stock. 20 minute drive there to find out that they didn't know it was a tubeless! None in stock. Appalling service. Never again. Avoid.

My experience had such a good start, they were lovely when I walked in looking to purchase a bike. Since then however it had gone down hill, I had to wait for the bike to arrive so I could then get my cycle to work voucher. They never bothered to phone to let me know it had arrived. I phoned and was told it had been there a week. I got my cycle to work voucher and sent it off its now been a month of me phoning them and emailing them to never ever get a response, phoned last week for example and was promised it would be chased up and they would be back in contact. I've heard nothing. I've even had my first payment deducted from my wage to show how long have been waiting.

Horrific service. I went in to buy a 2021 slash or remedy. Poor lass didn't have a clue what she was talking about about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Trek really need to invest in some staff training and a humour course. I'd rather give my 4k to website. Local bike shops mean about online sales but when theres no customer service what do they expect

Terrible customer service with a bad attitude too. We were told to bring my sons Trek Roscoe 7 down on Thursday after calling the shop and been told they could bleed his brakes that day. Once we arrived we were informed in a very rude manner they couldn't do it that day and basically tough luck.

Attended today as it said open online... 1 hour drive to be treated at the door with ‘have you got an appointment?’ ... the shop had one customer in the entire thing... we were refused entry to look at a bike I wanted to order but wanted to check sizing ... I get that we have a pandemic but what happened to common sense? The shop was empty and I’m here to spend money... every other shop was open in the shopping centre and was using sensible social distancing measures. I would really advise against coming here, they said no thanks to the best part of £4000 today with an empty shop and three staff to pay for. Odd

Popped in to see if they could service my brakes.... new oil and clean pistons. Got too much spiel about probably needing new pistons, (possible) and was told it would be well into next week (didn’t look rammed) seemed to have an attitude, and then finally said it would be £50 per hour labour. Absolutely stupid price! I heard they are expensive.... but that’s a p:;; take! I genuinely hope they don’t do enough business, and close
