Purchased a rear LED. Excellent quality light and the price was better than expected. Can easily pay the same for unbranded lights. Not in the market for a bike as yet but that didn't stop the guys chatting about a bike I was interested in, even though i said it would be a few years. Highly recommend the Store and staff

Great store, purchased my Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2 2023 from here a few weeks back on special reduction, not a mark on the bike and it was set up perfectly all brakes and gears worked spot on from the off. Friendly staff would only buy from Trek in the future having bought my other Treks from other stores none of them have been no where near as good as buying direct from Trek. Also had my Marlin 6 Gen 2 wheel fully rebuilt here last weekend with new Shimano hub and spokes, did a top job would only take both my bikes to Trek from now on. Only negative is when you're bike is in for work you have to do a bit of chasing to hear back what is wrong with it and when it is going to be fixed by, but other than that can't fault them, would 100% use again!

Recently purchased a new road bike from here as an upgrade on my entry level bike. I dealt with harry who was superb from phone call to check if they had what I was looking for right through to taking it home! Very knowledgeable took plenty of time to answer any question I had very pleasant to deal with! They checked the bike over to make sure it was road ready which took about 30 minutes and I was away!
