He even gave me a call around a month after I bought the bike to see how I was getting on with it! The addition of Klarna as a payment source and the ability to “try before you buy” meant I was sure the bike was right before I committed.

Positive experience. Trek were willing to price match when I asked. Paid deposit and told bike would arrive within 10 days, contact made more than once and bike arrived when specified. Bike was ready to collect at pick up and they were more than happy to fit pedals when chosen.

Went in with a dodgy tyre that 3 or 4 individuals from bike enthusiasts to techs to workers from other stores had looked at and fixed and then kept having the same issue shortly after.
Robin was very helpful and systematically checked through all the potential issues in front of me whilst explaining what he was doing. He Found the issue that had been missed, and got me set up with a new inner. And advised I would need a new tyre due to some damage.
He was happy to answer any questions and was friendly and polite.
Even got the door on the way in AND the way out as I struggled with the pram!
