This place is like when you find a good stylist with a great price, you just don’t need to go anywhere else. Plus Trek is a solid brand, and they’ve got some good prices. These folks are super helpful AND knowledgeable.

Came to San Marcos and was extremely bummed that couldn’t enjoy my bike because , I had forgot my nut. Griffin had Excellent customer service! And helped me out with what I needed! I will 1000% recommend and will definitely be going to this bike shop for ANY of my bike needs. Store is very clean and has a great selection of bicycles

We bought a bike for my wife a couple of years ago and brought it in for service today - a long with my bike, purchased somewhere else. Both times the staff have been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just cool. (Thanks Kaylee!)
So many niche shops can be cliquish and snooty - not this place. If you don't know anything about bikes or cycling, they won't make you feel stupid. They'll just take good care of you.

Absolutely the best customer service around! We have been coming to this shop for years, even before it was a Trek location just because of the friendly service. It’s nice to know that the same people that helped us then are still there and they have added to the great team of bike pros. Chris was fantastic in working with us to get the perfect bike for my son (he races with NICA, Go Stingers!)and then tracking down the exact bike and color I wanted and worked to make sure that I got it. Far above and beyond what is standard service for sure. Very easy to talk to staff that never leave you feeling like you should have know something but always helpful and eager to educate you. Thank you everyone!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped by Griffin who listened to the problems I was having with my Specialized mountain bike. He was able to fix it up in no time, and I can tell he has a genuine interest in the craft and helping people new to biking understand the way they work. I was also given recommendations on other products in the store for cleaning bikes and how to use them. It’s Trek owned but locally ran, the service here is top tier and I’m sure any member of their team would provide the same level of service I received.

My wife and I bought 2 townies from this shop and all I can say is great bikes, great service! They helped us customize them and fixed a little issue with my bike on the 1 month checkup. Great bike shop!

A little bit of Austin in San Marcos! I’d normally go to Austin to get my road bike tuned up, but this time, I gave Trek a shot and was pleased with the results. I particularly love that they’ve got three levels of tune up available, and it’s clearly posted in the store. Friendly, knowledge folks. I’ll be back.

Sales person Kaelie very competent with helpful suggestions galore. The two men assistants were very competent go to people helped putting on bike hitch that had very secure features. Bikes work perfectly and are dream bikes. I got a townie e bike and hubby got a townie 7 speed. Picked up racks for on back and I got a snap on bike bag fory rack. They are well inventoried with lights locks cables you name it.

So I bought a different bike online, and I couldn't figure out how to secure the bike seat. Trek was the only bike store I knew was opened on christmas eve, so I took it over there and they help me get the bike seat on. To show my gratitude, I bought a cellphone holder and they even made sure everything on my new bike was secure, even though it wasn't one of theirs. Everyone was so helpful. I hope that my second bike will be a Trek bike.
