Chris the store manager, Axel super knowledgeable all around bike master and Oliver as the front of the store first impression guy with the smile and a great energy are only the part of the crew that represents the Trek San Diego, however they are the ones that I was getting help from when I was purchasing my new road bike. The rest of the stuff are good genuine people as well, guys that I mentioned above are like a family that is very close to you but you haven’t seen in a long time, after few sentences that we exchanged i realized that this is the place where i would like to buy my new bike, purely because of the energy and help they offered to make the transaction smooth. Chris is an amazing guy with a great customer service skills and Axel is super knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he is talking about pretty much about anything you can imagine regarding any type of the bike. I’m super excited that I met this people that I even went back to the store to buy few things like some gear and accessories that I really didn’t need but was feeling like I have to give some extra business and the reason to say hi to them since they really went above and beyond my expectations to make my purchase satisfactory.
