Customer service was terrific. Chris the manager took the time to help me out choosing the right bike for me.He answered all my doubts and ordered my bike and car rack from the catalog. On pick up day. Ethan was very helpful as well. He took the time to show me the right helmet to buy. He even went above and beyond and helped me out installing the rack and how to mount my new bike. Very please with the customer service and how approachable and knowledgeable they are. This will definitely be my store to go whenever i need something for my new hobby.

TREK in Kearny Mesa took really good care of me. I am about to take off to compete in Worlds and needed my bike fixed within a fast turnaround and even though they were full for the week they MADE IT HAPPEN! Thank you Jordan for taking the extra hours to do it for me! Thank you to the new manager for being on board with the push and to Axel who made sure I was taken care of to the finish. Really appreciate it, you guys! I’ll be back!

Bought a trek fx 2 bike from this store a couple years ago. Have absolutely loved the thing since the day I bought. Great commuter bike if you live within 30 min bike of your work. Called today because I thought I had a broken headlight. Axel was super nice and we were able to diagnose and solve the problem over the phone in about 10 minutes. No need to buy an expensive replacement !! Saved me at least $60 and who knows how many hours trying to install a new one…

Simply the best Trek store in So Cal. Trek store of Kearny Mesa is awesome! The staff is amazing, always going above and beyond to take care of their customers. Axel, Jonny, Jordan, all technicians as well as the new store Manager Chris are always making sure they take care of my bicycle needs, their attention to detail is superb. I am very impressed on how well they take care of me every time I set foot in the store. Thanks Trek store of Kearny Mesa for your all your help. Will keep recommending this store to all my fellow friends and riders. Keep up the good work!!

I had an incredible experience at Trek thanks to Ethan. My daughter had a flat tire on her bike, and Ethan quickly fixed it for us. Since nothing was broken and no new parts were needed, the repair was completely free—a gesture that truly reflects Trek’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did Ethan fix the flat tire, but he also took the time to fine-tune the bike and adjust the pressure of the front tire, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. The original purchase was a bit rocky and the it took over 3 months to actually get the bike from date of purchase due to some supply chain issues. With the assistance of John Stutzman and several other employees, I was very well taken care of. John specifically really went above and beyond to make up for some of the hiccups experienced at the beginning. The staff has been very helpful and I really feel like Trek has upped their game and are really making an amazing effort to treat the customer with respect. Well done Trek!
