The byte clinical support team is an actual joke, i have been stating that the aligners are damaged for a month and that my teeth look the same and the continue to tell me to put on the next set… my teeth look like set 1 im on set 5 all sets 2 3 4 and 5 have shifted not my teeth, I continue to tell them this and they continue to tell me to put on set 6 which looks nothing like my teeth. Great so i can ever another cracked set of aligners and non fixed teeth so u can go ahead and tell me to put on set 7 after… my aligners all fit i send videos of me putting on set 1 and 5 in the same video so clearly the sets have shifted not my teeth.

it helped my daughter within the matter of weeks and then she wore them for like two months and she already has her gaps closed her confidence is up and her smile is nice and bright
