I spent a few months researching bikes and was initially looking for a used bike. I found the exact bike I wanted for a great price on the Trek website. When I went to the Trek store in University Place they were so helpful and ordered my bike for me. When it came in they put it together perfectly and delivered it to my house! They spent time with me making sure I knew how to shift correctly and answered all my questions. Then they explained that they will come back to my house and pick it up when it needs a tune up or for any work that needs done. I am thrilled! I am so glad that I bought my bike from Trek. They make owning a bike easy and fun. And I am having so much fun riding the bike to work and around my neighborhood.
