I went in there to get my front brake fixed and they fixed it free of charge. it was better than my back brake. Then I bought a Speedometer and a couple more things and they helped install everything. They have super nice customer service.

What a great shop. Responsive. Professional. Very accommodating during this health crisis. I recently bought several parts and accessories. The prices were very reasonable.
Just the other day I dropped my bike off for a fix on a split chain link stuck on my derailer. My fault for trying to power through snow and a bad shift. They said probably tomorrow. Then. 2 hours later they called and said it was ready. I know they cannot always do that, but I was pleasantly surprised.

WOW!!! Trek's Gloria stated that this store prided itself on customer service ... and she wasn't kidding! My 30 year old daughter needed a back bike rack needed for her mountain bike. I explained to Gloria that I needed one that would support a basket and a 25 pound dog. After a brief search, she found one that would support 50 pounds ... and it was in stock.
Now ... I am an elderly man and Gloria must have sensed that I was somewhat perplexed. SHE VOLUNTEERED TO INSTALL THE RACK WHILE I WAITED ... FOR FREE!!!
My daughter subsequently picked out a wicker basket that I screwed down onto that rack.

We are beginners! I felt safe in knowing these guys weren't trying to screw me over with inflated prices on our bike rack we purchased. They also didn't make us feel like idiots when we told them that we put our own bikes together, but wanted to make sure we did it right! I really appreciated the way they were so quick to install water bottle holders while our bikes were on the rack!

It was a great experience buying a new bike at Trek. I loved how the measurement system works, it is pretty high tech. Iseah was very helpful, he answered all my questions and walked through different products and accessories without forcing sale. I totaly recommend this place.

Amazing team! Very helpful. Isaiah and team were able to find (at another location), assemble and have my bike ready in less than 24hours. They went above and beyond and I was on the road in time for my next ride. Gloria set me up in the proper riding position and helped select and install needed gear. The shop was organized and clean and all employees were welcoming.
