I wanted a particular bike and Trek in South Bay was the only local store to have it in stock. The online reservation system was fairly easy. Tom helped with the process. He was very informative and made sure we were good to go! I would come back here again.

There's a lot of bikes to choose from, i had no issues buying my bike there, i'm so happy with it, Sofía was always there helping me out with any doubt answering my questions, i'm so thankful to her, overall great experience getting my new bike. Thank you Sofi and thanks Trek, see you soon!
