I want to specifically call out Aaron for his above and beyond assistance at this Trek location. In addition to helping my wife and me find bikes we would love, he proactively helped us identify solutions to issues we were concerned with, such as spec'ing out alternative gearing for my concern about getting up a particular hill while pulling a trailer or the half hour he spent helping me pick through many dozens of fender options to find fenders that both matched the coverage we needed while not interfering with our bike rack. It's been a long time since I've been this happy with not just a purchase (several actually), but the whole process as well. Thank you Aaron!
