We came to the Tukwila store to see the bikes in person and received incredible service from Aaron. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made suggestions without feeling like a salesman and was so helpful. We actually intended to purchase online after confirming what we wanted in person but we specifically came back to buy from Aaron because he was so great. Keep that guy!

Aaron, the salesman was incredibly cool to work with. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about Trek products. This was my second Trek bike and I just love the tech put into the bikes. I bike a lot and Trek bikes are enjoyable to ride every single mile.

I want to specifically call out Aaron for his above and beyond assistance at this Trek location. In addition to helping my wife and me find bikes we would love, he proactively helped us identify solutions to issues we were concerned with, such as spec'ing out alternative gearing for my concern about getting up a particular hill while pulling a trailer or the half hour he spent helping me pick through many dozens of fender options to find fenders that both matched the coverage we needed while not interfering with our bike rack. It's been a long time since I've been this happy with not just a purchase (several actually), but the whole process as well. Thank you Aaron!

Purchased a Marlin 8 ebike and worked with Kimberley. When I went to pick up the bike she had it all ready for me, and spent a lot of time going over all my questions. She is amazing. Also, Quinn was great in adding some needed accessories while I waited a very short time. The customer experience is awesome at this store, I would definitely recommend Tukwila Trek!

Absolutely top-notch customer service! My son's golf pull cart brakes stopped working yesterday on the golf course. With another golf outing scheduled for tomorrow, I called Trek and explained the situation. They immediately told me to bring it in. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and assured me he could fix it. In just two minutes, he had it working perfectly and even took the time to show me how to fix it myself in the future. To my surprise, he didn't charge me for his time. As my sons grow older and need bikes, we'll definitely be coming here. I want them to experience the kind of outstanding customer service that Trek provides.

I found an e-bike I wanted online and reserved it at the Trek Bicycle Tukwilia Southcenter. I received a phone
call and message the next morning saying that they had received my reservation and would be building the
bike (was still in box) and it would be available in a few days. I was going to be in the area that day so I
decided to stop in and see if I could test ride a similar bike to one I had reserved to make sure I liked it. Kim
greeted me and when I told her why I came in she knew about the reservation and what bike I was interested
in. She set me up for a test ride on a bike of the same model but different size than I had ordered. I loved it
and actually really liked how that size handled. Quinn helped me with the trade-in, Kim helped me pick out
accessories, and I was able to purchase and take the bike home that day. I was very pleased with my
experience. I love the bike and the customer service was excellent.
