This store is the greatest bicycle shopping experience I've ever had. The manager Kim and her crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really listen to the customer's needs. Everything I've needed for my bike build, Kim has either provided or found a solution. For as i long a live in Seattle I will shop nowhere else but Trek Tukwila. I feel very welcomed at this store. I bought 2 bike there recently as Trek is having pretty good sales right now, better than its competitors. I like the store feels very modern and cozy. Free coffee too!!

We came to the Tukwila store to see the bikes in person and received incredible service from Aaron. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made suggestions without feeling like a salesman and was so helpful. We actually intended to purchase online after confirming what we wanted in person but we specifically came back to buy from Aaron because he was so great. Keep that guy!
