I came into this store for Black Friday and it was an incredible environment. The blonde hair girl named Marlee was the kindest person I have ever worked with at a place. I was trying to find the perfect blanket for my wife and she helped me find exactly what I needed. She showed me what was trendy and what I needed. This is a great establishment

I called ahead and they only had 2 blankets left of the one I NEEDED (it was sold out online). It was already 7:50pm and they closed at 8pm. I got there right at 8pm and they had the pin pad ready and blanket ready! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Our experience at this store tonight was wonderful. The ladies were so very patient and kind with my toddler. They showed her around their store and gave her a tiny little blanket. The product is always 5 stars. This stores staff really went above and beyond.

BEST BLANKET EVER. I’ve had so many minky blankets but never been in the store. The store was squeaky clean and the employees were delightful. Especially Allie. She helped me and was so sweet and kind. I enjoyed my experience, and the girls were so helpful.

I wanted to give a review on customer service that I received over the phone. I wish i had gotten the lady's name I spoke to but she was amazing. I live in Iowa and instead of calling customer service on through the website, I decided to call a store front location. I was looking a placing my first order with Minky and the nice lady that helped me over the phone answered all of my questions, laughed with me over the phone and was super sweet. I wish I could just have ordered from her at the store but I understand it needed to be online. I was UT was closer to Iowa. Minky, please consider coming to Iowa!
