Matt is the man(seriously Trek give this guy a raise and Muqqi was awesome before he left)! They have worked on several bikes for me and I finally was in the market for a new bike. Matt worked with me to find my dream bike at a shop back east and got it shipped out. His patience with my endless questions, nervousness about such a huge purchase made me feel at ease and comfortable with it. I am always skeptical with any sort of repair shop but I trust these guys so much I really dont even look at the invoice anymore, I trust them and know they never take advantage(worked on 3 other bikes recently). Finally got to see my new bike today and Matt was as excited as me. Cant recommend this shop enough. Update- they had to work on another bike that was having a noise issue and literally worked their butt off to get it done quickly because I needed the bike for work. Bill was much less than it could have been and the bike is back to like new condition!
