Came in thinking I was going to have to replace my rear derailleur, Colin with service went through and diagnosed problems, some proper torquing and cable adjustment with good knowledge of the SRAM transmission system. Back in business and better than it was before. Inexpensive cost, recommend the great service.

We are cruising sailors visiting San Francisco en route South. I took my old rusty folding bike in to the store yesterday to see if they could loosen my seat post which was jammed in and I was unable to raise it. The technicians were very gracious and helpful and spent time successfully loosening it, thus enabling me to ride again. They could have fobbed me off saying it was too difficult to fix but instead they spent the time. I am very grateful. Thank you!
