Want to give a shout out and a huge thank you to Timothy and Greg for their efforts in assisting me; a perfect example of why I continue to come to this location for all of my bicycle needs!
I came in for routine service all the way back in May and one of the maintenance items was a new cassette. However, the OEM one was on backorder, so after discussing options I settled with a slightly different cassette, which I was told wouldn't make much of a difference. Trek did an excellent job working on my bike and it was pretty much brand new after the service.
However, I noticed shortly after that the cassette I went with was not going to work for my riding needs. But, with it being peak riding season, I put it off and just settled with it. I just came back to Trek several months later to discuss my concerns with the ride-ability of my bike, fully expecting to pay for another cassette. Not only did Greg let me in to help me even though it was beyond their normal business hours, but I did not get charged for my visit, even though I originally made the decision to go with the cassette and waited months to bring it to their attention.
Greg and Timothy both showed a genuine care for making sure that I was taken care of and that my concerns would be resolved. I am very appreciative of their kind and professional service!
