Employees don't try to upsell me things I said I didn't want, talked me through all solutions before doing anything so I could make an informed decision, were friendly & helpful, and had very reasonable prices!

Great experience! I wish I got the employees name who helped us because he was very helpful, patient and friendly. Got a bike and he installed a new kids bike seat on the back for us! We will definitely be back for future bike purchases

I got a same day quote on repairs thirty minutes before closing. Supreme workmanship. 10/10. 5 Star review. Absolutely fantastic service. Kind and quick to provide answers. Extremely fair pricing. Was a pleasure receiving their help in keeping me safe with break pads replacement. They were happily willing to go the two extra miles and clean my bicycle for me as a last minute request. Outstanding business, I wish them well!!!
