I had the absolute worst morning. I just picked up my Mazda from a (different) repair shop yesterday only to wake up today with a tire light along with some other issues with my vehicle. I stopped into the quick lube which I believe was the Ford side of things? Mazda was closed. Anyway…the service writer was so kind and helpful. They were busy and he still got me in right away. The two young men that helped me with my tire fixed it right away and explained everything when they were done! So professional, helpful and kind. Appreciate you all!!

I have a new Escape. A parking ramp gate came down on top of my rear wiper knocking the wiper blade off. An auto parts store tried to help me install a replacement but could not get wiper on. I was referred to my dealership. LaFontaine service dept had me pull into a warm garage at 4:45 on a snowy Friday. A nice sevice man in dress clothes tried to repair current blade. He could not and he asked if I already purchased a replacenent. I had a new part from another business. He happily used that new part, fixed my rear wiper and sent me on my way, no charge. I had to work that snowy weekend and very much appreciated having my wiper working and with the help of very nice service folks at LaFontaine. Thank you, again! Michelle C.

I went in for oil change at Borgman Mazda and spoke with the service department that I may be looking to up grade onto a different vehicle and they referred me over the sales department. I meet with Logan Vankampen that helped me find the perfect Cx-50 AWD premium plus and I loved my vehicle even more coming from the CX-5 which I loved to but I wanted a little more room and some perks with it too. Thank you Borgman Mazda for working with my sales person Logan Vankampen to working with finance Brett that was awesome at explaining the different product to help maintain my vehicle and lastly I really learned a lot from the Cody from the service department about each one of these vehicles that sold me on my final decision..
