From the moment I sat down, it was clear this wasn’t going to be the typical dealership experience (I know you know what I’m talking about- the pressure to make a purchase, being pushed into a lease, and being made to feel like you would rather pull your own teeth than sign the paperwork at the end).
Caleb was genuine, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to answer all my questions without making me feel silly or rushed. Which, I have learned, is unfortunately a rare skill in the car world.
Caleb took the time to actually listen to what I needed, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. On top of that, he kept me laughing through the whole process—which, let’s be honest, is not something anyone expects when they’re signing paperwork and talking numbers.
It’s obvious that Caleb—and really the whole Borgman team (shout out Brett!)—cares more about people than pushing inventory. The experience felt honest, relaxed, and even enjoyable.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, however, Borgman was my 5th and final stop in my car searching journey. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the team!
