My last car purchase was a 2011 Mazda 6 that was purchased over 10 years ago from Borgman Mazda and I’ve had great success with it! I purchased it with a little over 32,000 miles on it and now it’s over 233,000 miles and still running like new, not a single major issue outside of routine maintenance! Borgman always provides a thorough service on the vehicle, everything explained in detail by Brent, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience.
This longterm, customer focused experience brought me once again to purchase my newest vehicle from Borgman Mazda! I have to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Jon Harwood & Matt Cameron for making this most recent car buying experience the SMOOTHEST one ever! I submitted an interest form on Wednesday night to which Jon immediately called and texted me to get the process started. We set up a visit for Thursday at 11:45 to test drive the new 2025 Mazda CX-90. Upon meeting Jon, everything was immediately at ease. He was not pushing a sale, he wasn’t trying to tell me what I needed to buy, rather he listened intently to what I wanted in our next vehicle, down to the exact details of trim style, vehicle options, payment terms, money down, etc. My favorite part was when after discussing everything, he offered a good old fashioned handshake that we will be able to get a deal done that mutually benefited both of us. Less than 10 mins later, he comes back, the numbers are approved, agreed upon, and we completed the lease paperwork. Jon & Matt worked together to get the financing completed for the lease so quickly that I had to make some calls to finalize things on my end! We were signed and completed in less than an hour and a half. They unwrapped the brand new 2025 Mazda CX-90, did a full detail on it, filled up the tank, and I picked it up later that day.
I love our new Mazda CX-90 and am looking forward to continuing our relationship with Borgman Mazda for many years to come! Thank you again Jon, Matt, & Brent!
