After my car was hit and totaled, I started looking for a good used vehicle to replace it. While we were in Grandville one day, we happened to see Borgman Ford and decided to stop in and look at their used car lot. I’m so glad we did!
We ended up finding a vehicle that was within my budget, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The sales representative we worked with made the process easy and enjoyable, and never made us feel pressured.
I ended up purchasing the car that day and was able to drive it off the lot in a surprisingly short amount of time. The whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Before we left, the car was detailed and the tank was filled, which was such a nice finishing touch.
After dealing with the stress of an accident, insurance, and having my car totaled, I was honestly relieved to finally find a vehicle I loved—and even more grateful that Borgman made the transition into my new car so easy.
We are very happy with our purchase and with our overall experience at Borgman Ford. I truly appreciate how friendly, professional, and efficient everyone was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and hassle-free car-buying experience!

After the nightmare we dealt with at Elvis Auto in Cutlerville, we will 100000% be taking our Bronco back to Borgman Ford for any services! We worked with service advisor, AJ, who ensured the correct thing will be fixed (which ended up being a cracked head gasket, so a whole new engine). They stayed in touch regarding when they would get the parts, delays, etc. and guaranteed our vehicle was good to go before parting ways. They even delivered it back to us, which was super convenient. :-)

I stopped in with no appointment to Borgman with a fleet company truck department, Kalin Jack the service advisor along with a few crew members had my truck on a lift in the air and diagnosed bad water pump within 10-15 min. Then he went above/beyond due to myself living 1hr away he checked with another department to see if they had any loaner vehicles, after a few min he pulled a beautiful looking f-150 loaner to use until the repair will be done which if all things go well tomorrow 7/21/26 will be picking truck back up. Thanks Kalin (and George) for making this a great painless experience.
