I recently drove 86 miles to Borgman Ford to look at a vehicle. And I purchased a newer, used Chevy Colorado from Borgman Mazda. I traded in an older Colorado. I dealt with Sales Consultant, Don Johns. I was very happy and comfortable talking to him. Upon inspection of my vehicle it was discovered that I had been driving with a broken frame, for who knows how long.
I highly recommend Don Johns and Borgman for their service in getting me in my Colorado. I’m also very happy with my purchase and thought it was a good deal and a very good experience.

The sales experience here was actually pleasant and simple. Jeff Richards has got to be the smartest, hardest working sales person I have ever met (and no, we never met before yesterday). I drove a long way to do the deal and they could have lowballed my trade, or any of a number of other common tactics but they didnt do that. The site is beautiful, staff pleasant, and time spent at the dealership was pleasantly short, lol! But yeah, the coffee was excellent. Thanks Jeff and Matt. Love my new truck!

I am new to Borgman but was shopping around for my perfect vehicle when I found on-line what I thought was worth a look at Borgman. I was being very picky and had been all over and out of State looking for what I wanted. At Borgman, my salesman was Braydon and he helped me along through the entire process. He was very fair and patient with me. I can say he (and Borgman) surpassed my expectations. I found that promises made, were indeed, promises kept. I would not hesitate to return to Borgman (which is over an hour drive for us) to purchase my next vehicle. They were fantastic.

After two awful experiences at other dealerships (looking at you, Rightway and Betten-Baker), I was this close to giving up. I don’t have the best car history, and without my mom co-signing, financing was a long shot. But on a whim, I stopped at Borgman since it was on the way home—and I’m so glad I did.
Tom Barton was my salesman, and let me tell you—this guy is the real deal. Personable, knowledgeable, and honest (a rare combo in the car world). He somehow pulled off the near-impossible and got me approved!
Yes, the process took a while—but the vibe was great, and I left feeling taken care of, not taken advantage of. If your credit is less-than-stellar or you’ve got some bumps in your financial road, skip the predatory places like Car City and Rightway. Borgman treated me with respect and came through when others didn’t.
Thanks to Tom and the team, I’m hitting the road in my new (used) ride—with my faith in car dealerships fully restored!

Billy Firn greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance immediately upon entering the dealership. His demeanor was not pushy or aggressive, but friendly and genuinely interested in assisting me. As I progressed through the purchase process, I found that he was also very knowledgeable, prompt, and a great person with which to transact my car purchase. Matt, who handled the closing, was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The receptionists, Melissa and Colleen, will greet you and make you feel very comfortable when you come into the Borgman dealership. I definitely recommend Borgman Ford Mazda based upon my purchase experience with them.

Not from the area, did some research online looking originally at Mazda CX-9 used vehicle. Talked back and forth with Jon Harwood, test drove some cars later on. Ended up falling in love with their certified pre owned CX-90 and I can say Jon was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. He did everything in his power to get me a good deal and make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a Mazda or other used cars.

I can only tell you about the service center, but there are many things I can tell you:
1. I was impressed - admittedly, not so difficult.
2. My Brother-in-law was impressed - very difficult!
Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. Cody at the front counter was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He outlined everything clearly, including which concerns we had were safety critical and which we could delay without catastrophic failure.
The work was done efficiently, and I got to sit in a comfortable (and beautiful) waiting room. My BIL is likely to buy his and my sister's next cars here based on this experience alone. Very well done.

If you’re tired of being “sold” and just want someone who will treat you like a human, Caleb is your guy. Borgman is the place. End of story.
From the moment I sat down, it was clear this wasn’t going to be the typical dealership experience (I know you know what I’m talking about- the pressure to make a purchase, being pushed into a lease, and being made to feel like you would rather pull your own teeth than sign the paperwork at the end).
Caleb was genuine, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to answer all my questions without making me feel silly or rushed. Which, I have learned, is unfortunately a rare skill in the car world.
Caleb took the time to actually listen to what I needed, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. On top of that, he kept me laughing through the whole process—which, let’s be honest, is not something anyone expects when they’re signing paperwork and talking numbers.
It’s obvious that Caleb—and really the whole Borgman team (shout out Brett!)—cares more about people than pushing inventory. The experience felt honest, relaxed, and even enjoyable.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, however, Borgman was my 5th and final stop in my car searching journey. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the team!
