I went to a few other Ford dealerships and didn’t have a great experience when I was ready to. make a purchase of a new vehicle. The finance manager, Matt made the purchase simple and easy to understand. The selling culture wasn’t too pushy and they brought up future needs that I wouldn’t think about for a new vehicle. I’m so happy with my purchase!

If you are going to buy a used car these days, it is important that you are able to trust the dealer and the salesman that you are dealing with. Don Johns at Borgman Ford in Grandville is a man we trust. He has always treated us with respect, and we have never questioned his decisions. We realize that he works for Borgman Ford, but he makes us feel as if he is interested is satisfying us as well as his employer. We have purchased 3 or 4 cars from Borgman and Don and will continue to do business with both of them. You don't have to worry about getting a good deal, you will get a very good deal in all aspects of your car purchase.

Great experience! Mike was nothing but helpful, kind, and willing. He helped us replace a part on our van(gas cap door)after it was sold as is to us and went out of his way to make us happy. Van is in great shape, runs nice, no issues and we are completely happy with our purchase. Mike is a good guy and I highly recommend doing business with him. If there’s any issues brought to his attention and he’s able to fix the issue, he happily will. He was up front about the history of the van to the best of his knowledge and wasn’t trying to hide anything or be shady like most dealers in my experience.

My last car purchase was a 2011 Mazda 6 that was purchased over 10 years ago from Borgman Mazda and I’ve had great success with it! I purchased it with a little over 32,000 miles on it and now it’s over 233,000 miles and still running like new, not a single major issue outside of routine maintenance! Borgman always provides a thorough service on the vehicle, everything explained in detail by Brent, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience. This longterm, customer focused experience brought me once again to purchase my newest vehicle from Borgman Mazda! I have to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Jon Harwood & Matt Cameron for making this most recent car buying experience the SMOOTHEST one ever! I submitted an interest form on Wednesday night to which Jon immediately called and texted me to get the process started. We set up a visit for Thursday at 11:45 to test drive the new 2025 Mazda CX-90. Upon meeting Jon, everything was immediately at ease. He was not pushing a sale, he wasn’t trying to tell me what I needed to buy, rather he listened intently to what I wanted in our next vehicle, down to the exact details of trim style, vehicle options, payment terms, money down, etc. My favorite part was when after discussing everything, he offered a good old fashioned handshake that we will be able to get a deal done that mutually benefited both of us. Less than 10 mins later, he comes back, the numbers are approved, agreed upon, and we completed the lease paperwork. Jon & Matt worked together to get the financing completed for the lease so quickly that I had to make some calls to finalize things on my end! We were signed and completed in less than an hour and a half. They unwrapped the brand new 2025 Mazda CX-90, did a full detail on it, filled up the tank, and I picked it up later that day. I love our new Mazda CX-90 and am looking forward to continuing our relationship with Borgman Mazda for many years to come! Thank you again Jon, Matt, & Brent!

Borgman Ford has great Ford service. Like today, I barely had a chance to put my car in park when customer service rep. Jon was there to meet me outside, by my Flex. Jon handled things well, just like my main customer service rep. Jeremy. Jeremy is so good! Jon was able to look at things, without overpromising anything, and I was able to get in and out today. I so need my Ford Flex for work and do not need to be stranded anywhere. Sitting area and bathrooms are always clean. Popcorn. Gourmet coffee machine. I can not tell you how happy I am with Borgman. Little things matter. I trust them. And thank you!

I was recently hit by a distracted driver head on in my 2016 Mazda CX-5 that I purchased from Nick Lamberts at Borgman Ford/Mazda back in 2019. I loved that car so much and was grateful the airbags deployed and it did its job saving my life! Their service department kept my 2016 in such good shape over the years, I was given over blue book for it. After the insurance paid out I immediately went back to Borgman and Nick helped me get back into the exact 2025 Mazda CX-5 I wanted within a week. I was dreading the car buying process, and unfortunately I totaled my previous car, so I was also on a time crunch to find one. I haven't bought a car from a bigger dealership before, but thankfully Borgman Mazda made the process relatively easy. I am not a car-savvy person, but I knew I wanted a Mazda and had done some research online. The first day I went, Chris was very helpful in talking through the features and trim levels of Mazdas and the size differences. I was able totest drive a couple different size options. I took a couple days to think about the size I want, and browsed their options online. Once I had narrowed it down to 2, I called Chris and he had both ready at the front of the dealership so me ready to scope out when I got there after work. Overall, the process was pretty smooth (as much as car buying can be). Chris was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. He was also able to get me an extra fob and they provide lost key protection for the first year. I finally picked a car and had signed the paperwork. However, after a bit of driving it, I noticed it had a weird smell, which wasn't necessarily bad. It was bothering me because it was strong enough that it lingered on my clothes after I got out of the car. I tried a couple things to neutralize the smell, but they didn't work. I told Chris about this and he offered to do what he could to fix it. I brought the car back to the dealership a week after I bought it. Chris was able to give me a loaner car for the day so I didn't have to reschedule work or errands. They ended up working on the car all day (about 10am-6pm) to eliminate the smell. They ran the vents, detailed, and put the ozone stuff and enzimes in ceiling (I don't know all the details LOL). Regardless, when I picked it up that evening, the smell was gone! Chris also topped off my gas and washed the car again before I got it back. It's now been about 2 weeks since I bought the car, and I'm loving it! Thank you Chris at Borgman Mazda!
