I went in here with an appointment to check out my custom built Ford Bronco Badlands edition with Sasquatch package (that I custom built online) and I had an incredible experience! The sales associate assigned to me was out of the office (day off; I came on a Tuesday morning to avoid the crowds) and so Nick Antuma helped me out with no hiccups. He was able to locate the vehicle for me (which I think is the only one of its kind in the lot haha) and he showed me all the features (there’s a LOT of them!!!) from the trunk to the exterior, interior, removable doors and hard top, and the integrated technology. Lots and lots of features. Driving this Sasquatch car was the easy part haha anyway, I needed a breakdown of payments for this vehicle, which Nick did for me because it’s a big investment and I’d have to plan for it. I’m also not trading in any vehicles for it. So, it was nice to have a clear picture of how much I’d need to set aside for this purchase. Overall, I’m happy I came in because I’ve been putting it off for weeks and I had a really great experience. Thank you, Nick! Suggestion for the Borgman dealership owner: Make a Bronco course at one of your locations! That’ll be so great for customers to be able to try out all the off roading features, capabilities and differentials for the Broncos

When we first arrived (at opening on a Saturday) Ethan was already helping another customer, so Logan stepped in to help us in the meantime. He definitely deserves a shout out for his kind and professional help while Ethan was busy, even though he wasn’t the one getting the sale! We had a lot of questions during the purchasing process, especially as my husband diligently checked the financial numbers, but the deal was executed both fairly, and honestly, with full transparency. Ethan listened to our needs and did not push for anything more than what we stated we wanted in a car. We were also impressed with Mazda’s generosity by honoring military veterans with a discount, and a “current Mazda owners” discount as well. Took the car in for service and was charged for diagnosis even though I was told it was under warranty. I did leave a review for it and was promptly replied by the manager. Not only did he apologized for it but refunded the fee. I appreciate Borgman for making it up and have reinstated my faith in coming back there not just for service but more. I was surprised with my bad experience as I have been coming there for over six years (Ford and Mazda) and always left with a positive impression. Would recommend them 100%, if you have a bad experience atleast talk to the higher up for a resolution.

My salesman reached out to me to trade in my lease on my Ford Escape a little early so that I would get what I wanted since they have discontinued making them. Borgman had 2 Escapes that were exactly what I wanted.
