We had a fantastic experience buying a car from Ethan Post at Borgman Mazda! From the time I inquired online to the time I signed the papers, we felt well taken care of. When we first arrived (at opening on a Saturday) Ethan was already helping another customer, so Logan stepped in to help us in the meantime. He definitely deserves a shout out for his kind and professional help while Ethan was busy, even though he wasn’t the one getting the sale! We had a lot of questions during the purchasing process, especially as my husband diligently checked the financial numbers, but the deal was executed both fairly, and honestly, with full transparency. Ethan listened to our needs and did not push for anything more than what we stated we wanted in a car. We were also impressed with Mazda’s generosity by honoring military veterans with a discount, and a “current Mazda owners” discount as well. I highly recommend Borgman Mazda and Ethan as a sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. You won’t be disappointed.

We have worked with Justin "Skip" Schipper on maybe our 4th or 5th vehicle through him recently. Skip is an outstanding sales person, but even more so, Skip is a remarkable human being. Employed in the mental health field, I know authenticity when I see it and interact with it. Skip is as authentic as they come. For that matter, the people at Borgman are also genuine. It is rare to find in today's world it seems, but when I see it, it deserves recognition.

Took the car in for service and was charged for diagnosis even though I was told it was under warranty. I did leave a review for it and was promptly replied by the manager. Not only did he apologized for it but refunded the fee. I appreciate Borgman for making it up and have reinstated my faith in coming back there not just for service but more. I was surprised with my bad experience as I have been coming there for over six years (Ford and Mazda) and always left with a positive impression. Would recommend them 100%, if you have a bad experience atleast talk to the higher up for a resolution.

My salesman reached out to me to trade in my lease on my Ford Escape a little early so that I would get what I wanted since they have discontinued making them. Borgman had 2 Escapes that were exactly what I wanted. All of the paperwork and financial work was completed efficiently within a week and I was able to get my new care without any difficulties or bad experiences. Borgman has always taken care of me and my cars. I trust them to do so and they are very kind and helpful as well. I wanted a Mazda 3 and the particular one I wanted he found in Troy Michigan and had it sent to the dealership near us within a week. He is very easy to work and very personable. We traded in our leased F-150, picked up a new F-150 lease, and also traded our 2011 F-150 toward a used 2023 Explorer ST. A lot of moving parts, and Skip handled all of it like a pro. Skip was knowledgeable, patient, and straight up easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just clear communication and actually listening to what we were trying to accomplish.
