My salesman reached out to me to trade in my lease on my Ford Escape a little early so that I would get what I wanted since they have discontinued making them. Borgman had 2 Escapes that were exactly what I wanted. All of the paperwork and financial work was completed efficiently within a week and I was able to get my new care without any difficulties or bad experiences. Borgman has always taken care of me and my cars. I trust them to do so and they are very kind and helpful as well. Hats off to Billy Firn who took the time and great care to complete everything I needed. He even was patient with me when I was checking with family to see if anyone wanted to purchase my trade in care. Thank you so much !!! I won't go anywhere else!!

This is our second car from this dealership. We had such a great experience with Caleb on our first car we went to him again when we were ready for a second. I wanted a Mazda 3 and the particular one I wanted he found in Troy Michigan and had it sent to the dealership near us within a week. He is very easy to work and very personable. He definitely did some leg work for us. He takes his time with you. Outstanding service!!!

We just wrapped up a pretty big deal here and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.
We traded in our leased F-150, picked up a new F-150 lease, and also traded our 2011 F-150 toward a used 2023 Explorer ST. A lot of moving parts, and Skip handled all of it like a pro.
Skip was knowledgeable, patient, and straight up easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just clear communication and actually listening to what we were trying to accomplish. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth from start to finish.
If you’re buying or leasing at Borgman Ford, ask for Skip. Highly recommend.

I had the absolute worst morning. I just picked up my Mazda from a (different) repair shop yesterday only to wake up today with a tire light along with some other issues with my vehicle. I stopped into the quick lube which I believe was the Ford side of things? Mazda was closed. Anyway…the service writer was so kind and helpful. They were busy and he still got me in right away. The two young men that helped me with my tire fixed it right away and explained everything when they were done! So professional, helpful and kind. Appreciate you all!!
