My 93 year old Mom's walker/rollator had an issue with the left brake. After trying to fix it on my own, I called Goodales. They said to bring it by. The young gentleman had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. I'm so appreciative of his kindness and quick response. So is my Mom! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Great low-pressure sales. Grif helped me get everything I needed to start my gravel experience, but did not try to upsell. Great store with plenty of inventory. This is my second bike from Goodales, and I will be shopping there for my next purchase.
