3 years agoProduct arrived sooner than expected. Both hand grip height adjustment pins broke in the first two weeks. I do feel a little tweaking is needed though. I needed to adjust the handles downward; I had to have someone loosen the nuts for me....I’m 85 and not the strongest kid on the block. Once I did get the arms adjusted. they just won’t stay tightened; I tighten them up, and after a few laps through the house, they’re wobbly again. Not loose enough to affect stability or safety, just annoying. The molding of the parts isn’t the greatest. There are small indents, and there is a very sharp spot on the outside below the right handle; it’s not in a place you would often touch, but you may want your quality control staff eyeball it. The outer finish is very soft and mars quite easily. I ordered the deep cherry 🍒 red, but it’s so dark it looks black......not even close to the one in your advertisement on-line. This review seems very critical of the product, but truth is I’m really enjoying it immensely; I feel much safer using this as compared to my old walker, and It has improved my posture and confidence . Thanks for a great invention; II’ve recommenced to several people.

5 years agoI recently got my walker and I like that the directions are straight forward and very helpful. It is a little heavier than I expected but I am going to keep it. Its serving its purpose and helping my posture and d ... See MoreI give the the Motivo Tour 4.5 stars. It costs a little more than something from a medical store but its worth what its meant for. Since receiving I am walking more upright and better. Its serving its purpose and helping my posture and discomfort from being hunched over. I'm also getting a lot of comments and interest and have been happy to refer people to Motivo. I deducted the half a point for some minor concerns such as the back rest being too low to accommodate my height. I'm over 6" but overall very satisfied with my purchase.
