I bought a Motivo in December, and I loved it from the first day I tried it. In few months, it had some "issues". I called customer service, and they suggested I take some pics and send them to support. I did that, and under an hour, Susan had already emailed me that they were sending a replacement, and I just have to send back the other one. Let me tell you, I just can't say enough about the great product I bought... But, as amazing and helpful as my Motivo had been, your customer service department has been even more helpful. Thank you for a great product at a fair price, and even better customer service. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I just HAD to tell you how much I love your product AND the people in your organization!!! 💜
