Let me tell you why I love my Motivo Tour...I'm a retired truck driver (YES 18 wheeler) plus a CAT with 9 lives. Since my early 30's, I have been in and out of hospitals and have been diagnosed with 17 different illnesses. From getting a Pacemaker to having both knees replaced due to Pulmonary Hypertension (which is the closing of the arteries). My cardiologist called one day and said since you can only have emergency surgeries, the best thing for this problem is to buy a walker and walk 6000 steps a day (3miles). A WALKER!!! Me? That's something I never imagined I would ever need — I'm too young to use a walker. But walkers have no age limit to who can use them. Every 10 steps I took I was out of breath. I needed a walker and SOON. Then into my life walked Terry who introduced me to my MOTIVO TOUR. I call it my Cadillac Walker. It has a much higher seat then a chair, so now when I stand, I don't have to wait for circulation in my knees to start walking, a tray if I need to carry food or a drink, or the basket at stores to shop and has a compartment for my belongings. If you are short or tall the handles adjust to any height, it's lightweight (use a small blanket in your trunk or SUV) so that you can slide the Motivo Tour in & out of your car. It has a 360-degree turning radius which I love; also I use different decals for different occasions on my Motivo, so whether at church, the doctor's office, or mall your Motivo goes where you go...YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT!!!!

These should be standard issue for young vets returning with battle injuries (and anyone under 100 who wants to feel like a valued human). It sucks to be treated like you don't matter or are fragile just because you need a little help. If you are a teenager, young twenties, thirties, forties or fifties you are stuck with old people junk. Since 'old people' don't like antiquated garbage either it's been time for a change for a WHILE. This sleek walker has an eye catching cover (and a logo space you can order any design you want for on Vista Print). It's also a seat and has a hidden compartment for phone/wallet/tablet. Totally travel savvy so you look in control and interesting over tragic or irrelevant. Instead of being gawked at people want to know what you have. Also, you can put your food on a flip out tray or your laptop. You can get closer to cabinets and walk upright not hunched over. More self sufficient and independent. A tool for people who actually like their life and want to keep living it like a pro. Finally.

I got my Motivo and took a week vacation.I was so impressed that I could go to the buffet and get my own food.I had my purse out of sight and when we went into the casino, I found I could set where ever I was at.I also ordered a red frame with purple flowers because I'm a Red Hatter and I added a magnetic red hat to the front with a command strip. This made for a lot of ladies stopping me to chat about my walker and my red hats, win win on both. Best choice, now to pass on my Old stuff and show off my Motivo.

Lori Piper thank you for your review you have helped me make my decision to purchase the Motivo. I too have MS and have managed very well for 36 years but now at 68 I am having balance problems and I'm afraid of falling. I also get tired and need to sit periodically. I want to walk around the mall, go to Disney, walk to the store, the mailbox and the pool. When you said a scooter would be the worst thing you could do for yourself that was the clincher. I feel good when I exercise. I will be ordering within the next 2 weeks. Thanks again, Sandra Hess

As a RV-er, I get into all kinds of places. My Tour has been able to get me thru the worst. It is much better than the Rollator that I had before. Just a little bit of care and I'm on my way. In Yuma,Az where we spend the Winters, it's great. Both in town and the sidewalks where we live. Going thru buffets is much easier. The table and coffee cup holder makes things a lot more convenient. No more fear of dumping my plate on the floor. It's easy to put into and take out of my Jeep. I was a bit concerned about the weight but it's about the same as my old walker. Overall, I'm really happy about my purchase.

My name is Lori Piper. I'm 50 years old and I have multiple sclerosis. I've been very fortunate for the last 20 years that my disability has not been severe enough to restrict me from doing anything that I wanted to do. However in last few months it's become increasingly difficult for me to walk. I had booked a 12-day cruise to the Caribbean long before my disability became an issue. As embarkation approached I became very discouraged, It seemed obvious to me that I would not be able to walk on the ship for any distance and I was very concerned that my entire trip would be ruined. Enter Motivo. My friends and family had almost convinced me that I was going to need a scooter for the trip. So I went online looking for medical equipment rentals. Motivo came up in one of my Google searches I was curious so I clicked through and was immediately impressed with what I saw. I ordered one that day and it arrived 2 Days later-- just in time for my cruise. Let me tell you Motivo saved the day. I was able to be independent on this Cruise in a way that I didn't think would be possible. I was able to walk long distances. I was able to explore without any assistance from my family. I was able to eat in restaurants. I was able to hang out on the pool deck. I was able to serve myself in the buffet. I was able to carry around my purse and a deck of cards and my sunscreen and my Kindle. There really was nothing I could not do. All because of Motivo. I fully believe that for people with moderate disability the most important thing is staying mobile. I understand that for many people scooters are a necessity-- however in my case I believe that going to a scooter would have been the absolute worst thing I could do. My condition is neurological. Giving up and not moving doesn't do anything to make me any better-- it only causes my leg muscles to get weaker. Using a device such as Motivo allows me to keep the muscles in my legs strong and limber while waiting for my neurological symptoms to recede. For someone like me it really is the perfect assistive device. It enables me to navigate the world safely while preserving the strength in my legs--and most importantly preserving my independence. Thank you doesn't seem like enough, Motivo, but thanks. So much.
