Kind and caring. They went personally far beyond to help me when I broke my derailer off of my bike in a wreck (my fault for not maintaining my brakes). My next bike purchase will 100% be from there.

Staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Being a novice I thought it would be intimidating purchasing a quality bike; however MaryAnn made it extremely easy to find my dream bike. Eli & Michael were also very helpful answering my questions. I highly recommend this shop!

Went here to get some things fixed on a bike i bought off of marketplace. Due to an foreseen incident. Not the shops fault at all. The shop made it right even when it wasnt their fault. Which i really appreciated it. They are a very stand up shop. The pic is the bike on my first ride at country park. My legs feel like noodles lol.

I went to the store on 5/3/2025. I had a lot of questions about mountain bikes. I didn't know it at the time but the store manager helped me the entire time. She answered every question I had and helped me select a bike for me. The store manager was awesome. I just want to say thank you for your help.

The manager, Mary Ann Sedor is extremely knowledgable, patient, and very friendly. She helped me to find the perfect bike for me. I am loving my new Trek bike! Bonus- the first maintenance is included in the price.
