The selection of bikes. Their willingness to let me try out a few different bikes before making a decision. Setting up the bike and getting me Trek recommended set pressure for shock and tire pressure. No rush at all. Would buy from again

It is advantageous to buy a bike from the company store rather than a random shop that does not have the knowledge of a bike you’re looking for or be able to service it for you. They know everything about bikes! They are experts in helping you find the perfect bike just for you, and you can trust they and Trek will always be there for you, from customer service, custom builds, to repairs and parts. They are enthusiastic about their love of biking…a great team to have on your side and very supportive!

I had some bike work done this last weekend at this location for the first time and wow, Michael, Maryann and Eli did a great job regarding their customer service, advisement and the completed work!!! They were also highly attentive to the folks coming for repairs and questions while I was there. The facility was spacious and well organized as well.
