We had a big septic problem with a back-up in our basement. Crazy Clean was quick to respond and de-stress the situation. Sam and team were very thorough, competent, and efficient in mitigating the water damage. They sanitized the air, and cleaned the walls and the floor. Then repaired and restored to original or better condition. We appreciated how accessible they were when we had questions/concerns and how easy they were to work with. We would highly recommend them!

Randall was AMAZING. Quick and effective. The only time that extended his work was myself and my son just chatting with him. He was an amazing gentleman, and respectful of our space and was full of communication through the entire process, while also incredibly kind to my son, who thought it was his job to help. I will definitely be hiring them again, and specifically requesting Randall as the worker for service. Again, I cannot stress enough, he’s time management, accuracy, dedication to detail, and kindness in many subject beyond just cleaning carpets and his knowledge. He also was expressive in the processes and what is to come. Truly could not be more ecstatic with this service.
