The free content Clay and Ant put out there is only a fraction of the years of considered instruction that is in the 12 week program. Planning and training on your own is hard, especially if you have a family and a career, but with the 12 week program to help guide you, it is achievable, and sustainable. It's been a great process for me to revisit every aspect of my surfing with a focus on landbased drills, to enjoy my time in the water even more.
