Wish this was around 15 years ago. Great coaching that’s presented in an easy to understand format. A month into it and already found a good half dozen areas where I’ve been using the wrong techniques. In many cases it’s a simple fix and just a matter of breaking out of the bad habits. Helped provide simple fixes to pop ups, paddling into waves, posture, stance as well as speed generation to name a few things! And it seems the community as well as the coaches on the ombe are all very willing to help. Very stoked to have stumbled onto this. Cheers.
