I had such a great experience at the Trek Bicycle Warwick store that I felt it was important to share. The level of service I received from Phoebe (Store Manager) and Mike (Service Manager) was truly exceptional.
Mike went above and beyond while helping with a kickstand installation on the Trek bike I had just purchased privately. Instead of simply installing it and sending me on my way, he took the extra time to make sure it was the perfect height by carefully trimming it so it fit the bike properly…almost like a custom setup. While he had the bike, he also took the initiative to give it a quick once-over to ensure everything was running smoothly. He walked me through the services Trek offers, what to expect with maintenance over time, and reassured me that I had purchased a really solid bike. That level of care and attention meant a lot.
Phoebe was equally fantastic. She made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in. She helped top off the air in the tires, gave me a tour of the store, and spent time showing me different bikes since I’m also considering a Trek Electric mountain bike for myself. What really stood out was when she showed me Trek’s refurbished bike section on the website. I had no idea this existed, and she explained how you can still get a great Trek bike with warranty protection at a discounted price. She even showed me how to navigate the site and offered to stay in touch if a bike comes up that fits what I’m looking for.
Overall, the service was phenomenal. The store is about two hours away from me, but the experience was so positive that if the right bike came along, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip back just to work with them again.
Phoebe and Mike represent exactly what great customer service looks like…knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. I’m very grateful for the experience and hope to cross paths with them again in the future.
