I’ve been shopping here for years. My husband and I have Edmondas. I’ve purchased all bikes for my kids. And most recently upgraded my sons bike to an FX hybrid. These guys are great with upgrades and tune ups. I wouldn’t consider buying anywhere else. Quality work, exceptional service with outstanding follow through.

Dropped my bike off Saturday at 5PM. Done Sunday at 3PM. Jimmy, one of the mechanics is like a Wizard when it comes to these Trek bikes. Hes extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Nowadays, its very hard to find small, customer service oriented in-person retail stores. This is one of the few still out there. Everyone working behind the counter clearly has a love and passion for biking, and they are enthusiastic about their job and cycling in general. With all these name brands today like Canyon, Cervello, Giant, etc. Its hard to argue that Trek is THE BEST brand. Thats subjective. But I can almost guarantee when it comes to service and customer relations, Trek has all of them beat. This is a very well run store with lots of inventory, and an extremely fast service department. Would recommend this place to anyone from a seasoned road cycler, to someone who wants to pick up biking to get in shape. Trek Warwick is the one
