Stopped in this afternoon to get help fixing the handlebars on my son's new bike and the store associate dropped everything and immediately put our bike up and went to work on it. I was blown away! And so grateful! In about ten minutes we were out of there with big smiles. I fully recommend this store for repairs and purchases!

I dropped into the West Chester Trek store again today. Today I was just looking to buy a rim for my hybrid. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Lauren spent about 10 minutes on the computer comparing rims and giving me the information I need to make an informed decision. She also gave me really good advice about inspecting my hub before I make the final decision about replacing the rim.
My experience with this store is that the employees always go above and beyond. Thank you so much for a really awesome customer experience!

I had an outstanding experience at this Trek shop! Jim and Craig went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike within my budget. They were incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process, from selecting the right model to making sure I got the right size. Both were super friendly and patient, answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with my choice.
When my new bike arrived, they made sure everything was set up perfectly, and I was able to test drive it to ensure it was a great fit. They even helped load the bike into my car afterward.
