They were incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process, from selecting the right model to making sure I got the right size. Both were super friendly and patient, answering all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with my choice.
When my new bike arrived, they made sure everything was set up perfectly, and I was able to test drive it to ensure it was a great fit. They even helped load the bike into my car afterward. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a new bike!

The service, speed, and helping my son get set up with his new bike was great. He very much enjoyed them and found this store the best we have purchased a bike at. He loves the quality of the bike we purchased. All the personnel at West Chester Trek made us feel right at home. Very warm experience.
