Antonio was an excellent sales person. I could tell he loves biking. I love my bike he recommended. I have been riding it every morning since I got it. I highly recommend Antonio and the Vaughan location. They have a very good inventory to choose from.

I recently bought a Roscoe 7 for myself and picked up a Marlin 5 for my dad — both bikes have been awesome so far. The team made the buying process super smooth, answering all my questions and helping me find the right fit for both of us. You can really tell they care about their customers and know their stuff when it comes to bikes.
After a couple of rides, I ran into a small warranty issue with the fork on the Roscoe. I reached out, and the customer service was honestly amazing. They got back to me right away, explained the process clearly, and the staff went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly. Zero hassle, just great support.
Huge shoutout to the employees — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Overall, 10/10 service and experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and will be recommending this shop to anyone looking for a quality bike and even better service.

What a great store! We were driving by and needed an upgrade for our child. We were promptly helped in picking the right size bike and they have an easy to see measuring chart. They adjusted everything and put the kickstand on for us and wheeled it out and helped us get in our car. The service at this store is like how service in stores should be! Highly recommend.
