My wife and I recently purchased two fantastic Trek bicycles from the Trek Bicycle Vaughan store on Weston Road at Highway 7 (Colossus Plaza ) and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely supported in finding the perfect bikes for us. Special shout-out to Enzo, our incredible salesperson, who was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping us choose the right models. He took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and made the process fun and stress-free. His enthusiasm for cycling and deep product knowledge really shone through! We also want to highlight Ricky from the Trek Care team – he was outstanding in every way. Professional, thorough, and so helpful with the final setup, adjustments, and any questions we had about maintenance and care. His expertise gave us total confidence in our new bikes. His after purchase instructions and on site delivery tutorial made us even more happy with the Trek experience. The other two team members we interacted with at the store (whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch) were equally impressive – polite, gracious, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Everyone in the store worked together seamlessly to deliver what can only be described as amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure we left not just with great bikes, but with smiles and excitement for many rides ahead.
