We recently visited Trek Bicycle Vaughan to look for a road bike. As total beginners, we had absolutely no idea where to begin or what features to look for. Walking into a bike shop can feel overwhelming, but our experience was fantastic thanks to Kevin. Kevin took the time to completely walk us through the different types of bikes and explained the various price ranges without any sales pressure. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and broke everything down in simple terms that made perfect sense to us. It is rare to find such genuine, helpful customer service.
