Honestly I can't speak highly enough about the guys at Trek Vaughan. Everyone has been fantastic from Ricky, Kyle, Juan and Joe, they were all more than willing and super patient to help me source & install new parts and tune my second hand bike. I seriously haven't had anyone provide as good service as they did. A big shout out to Ricky for spending an incredible amount of time explaining how to adjust and maintain our bike. He even spent 10 mins in the wet cold helping to bed the brakes in the parking lot.
