I was confused navigating the website about the differences and choices between the many bikes available. Going into the Vaughan store and speaking with Antonio, I was able to quickly understand the differences, make a selection, and walk out with bicycles for me and my wife. I never felt pressured and I was supported the entire journey to choosing a bicycle suitable for me. I was also pleased to visit the next day for a quick inspection when I had questions.

I’m new to cycling and I have quite a lot of questions on how to maintain my bike. Antonio is super friendly and helpful in andwering all my questions and sharing with me tips on bike servicing. It is also possible for me to test ride a bike even if I haven’t purchased it. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly reccommend shopping with Trek Bicycle Vaughan
