I purchased a pair of Trek SLR cycling shoes online at an excellent discount. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the fit wasn't quite right. I returned them at the Vaughan location, where the staff helped me find and try on another pair that fit perfectly.
The service and support were outstanding every step of the process. The return was handled smoothly, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I left with the right product. Rather than being disappointed, I was extremely pleased with the outcome.
