Devil is in the detail, and Tradify is still essentially in development, missing lots and lots of small, but very important functions, with no transparency about when updates will happen and updates that do roll out being underwhelming (see google calendar integration).
Would be fine if you are a 1 or 2 person business, but we have 10 staff, three crews, and tradify just doesnt make life that much easier than the adhoc system we already had in place, especially with no timesheet integration, inability to put breaks when logging job hours, the list goes on!
Customer service was ok, staff are certainly keen to try their best when you talk to them on the phone, however there was only so many times i could hear that a feature or function was not available and this "would be fed back to the development team" before giving up. I cant wait 6 month to year, if ever, for these things. Not the person on the phones fault, but the fault lies higher up on the food chain.
I gave it a good go for a month and have still decided to go with a competitor that was only a little more expensive but has all the small things already in their system.
