    I find the app easy and simple to use it's good for invoicing as a small business, but there relentless phone sales calls asking to upgrading is beyond annoying, tradifiy obviously can tell when I'm using the app cause after I send an invoice I get a sales call the next day. really annoying prompting me to move to a different software

    limited functionality, I've used it for a year and had many frustrations. I've lost hours worth of data entry because documents like quotes and invoices don't auto save as you go (pretty bad for a cloud service) The price book CSV imports has limited characters in certain fields. so I had to go through and manually shorted descriptions of thousands of items in suppliers CSV's just so Tradify would accept the price book. Also be aware that if you want to cancel your subscription you will instantly be locked out of your account, I cancelled my account while still half asleep so that's on me, I can't seem to find any way to re-activate it, which solidifies the idea I'll never use Tradify again. I'd like to try something else and would have liked the option to return to Tradify with all my settings if it didn't work out. We were also harassed for a year by the marketing team before we signed up. We were always going to sign up. but they wouldn't listen and refused to leave us alone, We used my Partners details to trial an account and they called her up to 4 times a week. The software itself has it's perks. It has a really nice calendar and ease of job creation and scheduling, a built in website and enquiries form. which I didn't need as I already had my own website. To summarise, Tradify has a flashy and easy to use interface with a very shallow depth to features and limited functionality.

    Devil is in the detail, and Tradify is still essentially in development, missing lots and lots of small, but very important functions, with no transparency about when updates will happen and updates that do roll out being underwhelming (see google calendar integration). Would be fine if you are a 1 or 2 person business, but we have 10 staff, three crews, and tradify just doesnt make life that much easier than the adhoc system we already had in place, especially with no timesheet integration, inability to put breaks when logging job hours, the list goes on! Customer service was ok, staff are certainly keen to try their best when you talk to them on the phone, however there was only so many times i could hear that a feature or function was not available and this "would be fed back to the development team" before giving up. I cant wait 6 month to year, if ever, for these things. Not the person on the phones fault, but the fault lies higher up on the food chain. I gave it a good go for a month and have still decided to go with a competitor that was only a little more expensive but has all the small things already in their system.

    Many overlapping, silly things in this software that literally decrease the amount of automation possible. When you bring up these issues, you're ignored, obviously their budget goes into advertising and not product development. Many other better options out there for a fraction of the price. Would not recommend after the massive price increase recently without warning.

    Don’t recommend . The moment you sign up you go to a call list and they repeat calls every few hours starting at 830am daily . The busiest time for a tradie. Complete car salesman techniques. Wish I never tried it

    It seems that once your data is in, you can only export, extract or download certain parts of it, not all the notes and detail that you've put in. It is near impossible to get anything but a canned response from their support people. C ... See More
    It seems that once your data is in, you can only export, extract or download certain parts of it, not all the notes and detail that you've put in. It is near impossible to get anything but a canned response from their support people. Considering the price rises that keep coming, this should be better.

Understand you may be offering businesses a streamlined solution, but why should their customers have to pay fees to pay a bill!

    *DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU DO PROJECT WORK* Seriously I cannot believe the system can’t import supplier invoices and add it to a specific job/project. If tracking those costs isn’t one of the main pain points of a tradesperson I don’t know what is. How every software option has a least one major con is insane to me. *EDIT* in reply - Tradify if you record the calls it would be of interest to listen back to the conversation I had with whoever it was - who in response to my enquiry on how I setup automated integration of supplier invoices to to system - responded with ‘no our system doesn’t do that, as we are based in NZ’ I was confused as to why but none the less that was what I was told. Are you suggesting the .csv import is a manual process to be completed after the supplier invoice is received in our regular inbox?

    Was really good until they tried to bring in as new system.since then it has been absolute rubbish.Tired of hearing the same thing when I ring up.A fix will be coming soon for that.I have been hearing this for nearly a year now.The system has got so slow and more glitches then ever,unfortunately I have that much information stored in their cloud I have to keep using it. My advice Look elsewhere.I still pay full price for their app even when it has not worked properly for months
