Being a start-up company 18 months ago, our systems and processes became strained when we suddenly became overwhelmingly busy with a large rain event late February, who forced us to look past our Google doc spreadsheet, Fastfield platform and Xero as our accounting program. They didnt integrate, and triplicating data for each job quickly became something we desperately needed to streamline. We looked at a few different systems, then came across Tradify, and we are so grateful we did. The team at Tradify were amazing, and have helped us ensure we are making the most of their system, and wow is it great! Instead of using 3 systems, we now only use 1, and Tradify does it all, AND integrates fully with Xero, so our data entry time has reduced by 2/3rds, which is finally allowing us to catch up, keep up, and get back to providing better service delivery. With the ability to track and save and review all job details to the cloud anytime, anywhere has saved me a ton of stress and time. Making quotes, invoices on the fly is so simple. I have been using this app for so many years that I sometimes forget how much a blessing it has been for us.

Simple to use but powerful enough to handle everything I've thrown at it so far, after sale service is fantastic. The initial set up can take sometime, I think around 4 months for me to become totally comfortable with what I was doing, online tutoring was available which would have probably sorted that had I used it haha. Reverse compatible Xero integration is a winner for sure. The ongoing improvements and added features are the icing on the cake.

Easy to use, great way to communicate with staff on site, awesome scheduling tools, perfect referencing abilities. It has eliminated our paper/printing except for plans. Would happily recommend to anyone plus its easy to tailor to any construction business.

Nothing is too hard and everything is well explained. Yes its a bit of a learning curve, but with every training session my assurance and belief in Tradify is strengthened. Mik is a gem and I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer/go to guy.

Exactly the app I was looking for! Before Tradify I was trying to manage my business through Xero and relying too much on memory for what tasks had to be done. I needed a robust and easy to use platform that lets me focus on the job to be done and that's exactly what Tradify offers. Tradify is flexible enough to do what I want in the way I need it done.
