A unique opportunity arose where my dream home, in my wife's and my childhood neighborhood, became available. We never expected to be home owners, but we could not let this opportunity get away from us. After exhausting all of our possible loan combinations (FHA, USDA, IHDA assistance, conventional) we were able to walk away with almost no money down. Richard has great communication skills (text, email, phone calls, any time of day) and was always available to help me understand the unique process of buying a home from a family member.
