I discovered Greyhound while browsing East Coast trips. So grateful I did! From easy bookings, comfortable seats, wonderful drivers, and being on time it is the best decision (especially as a solo traveller) one could make! The WHIMIT pass was so reasonably priced and felt safe the entire time being on! Would recommend to anyone!

I want to thank Steve! I was on the bus from Sydney to Arrawarra on Wednesday, left Sydney at 7pm and he was the 2nd driver. When I arrived at Arrawarra at 4:30am, there was no one to pick me up. So he waited until someone came instead of leaving me in the dark on my own! I really really appreciated this as a young woman in the middle of the night! However, the first driver was really rude - he called 2 of the girls airheads and seemed mad at us all about our bags and said we were making him late; even though we left bang on time! Overall it is very efficiently run and I would recommend as a cheap and effective form of transport.

The most lovely bus drivers, loved the ability to track buses for live updates and texts when the booked service was delayed. Seats you can recline, WiFi and charging ports all made the 14 days we spent traveling the East Coast so comfortable.

Comfortable coach and efficient/friendly driver. Caught the coach from Sydney Airport to Canberra. Downside was that there is no signage at the airport about where pickup was. Several of us were unsure if we were in the right place and that was quite stressful.

Greyhound is the best service if you want to travel the east coast. We missed our bus and were not sure if we could take the next one as the hotline was already out of office. PETER, the driver of the bus to Sydney called the ops center and rebooked everything for us. Kindest and most helpful bus driver I’ve ever met!

Seeing the countryside very relaxing mood ND without any stress. Thank you to the Greyhound's quality services as on time, Cheap price tickets, comfy seats with spacious legroom, very clean and the great customer satisfaction! I used to travel via aircrafts to explore the Kangaroo land. My next trip to WA, Vic, NT, Qld. Yes, ofc, I will use the Greyhound again Nd highly recommends this Greyhound services to the inner state travels.

Bus arrived 8 mins late which is fine and reasonable. Takes about 15 mins to unload the alighting passengers and pack in the departing passengers. Bay 8 is located behind the building. Not easy to find on Google Streets view but easy to find on the ground.
