I booked the Byron to Brisbane airport bus and it was seamless. Our driver Gary was excellent, he had great energy, friendly and helpful. The bus was clean, seats were spacious and there are power ports for charging. Would recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the lovely bus driver, Russell. He was so kind, considerate, accommodating and helpful in assisting me to reach my destination. Thank you so much, Russell - you provided 1000/10 service and assistance. Highly recommend Russell and Greyhound Australia to anyone travelling around.

As of April 2026 the Greyhound coach stop isn't well marked: they stop opposite the Ifly indoor skydiving centre, in front of the Mantra Legends Hotel.

Great price. The coach was very comfortable and relaxing. Although a little bit late, that is understandable given it was travelling interstate. The driver was so nice and friendly. I could charge my phone on the bus. The half hour stop over in my leg of the journey was a perfect length of time for a break. I really enjoyed it.

Easy to navigate the website, punctual and good value for money, for reference I am a British citizen, try getting a similar length journey for double the cost and you will be lucky. More than happy to travel with them again.

The team at Greyhound Brisbane are an absolute standout. From the moment we arrived, their friendly, upbeat and genuinely helpful attitude made our journey smooth, safe, and stress-free. The staff clearly take pride in their work - going above and beyond for passengers who treat them with courtesy and respect. It's rare to see such consistently positive service, and it made a huge difference to our travel experience. I couldn't recommend them more highly. A big thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, care, and cheerful energy - you're a credit to the company!
