So much for for me and my daughter. She enjoys it a lot. Also easy to carry her around like that. See MoreI was so pleased with the response I got from the Customer Service Department today. I had purchased a shoulder carrier for our daughters family for Christmas and they were very excited to use it this spring. The weather finally got warm enough, and the baby big enough, to use it. They found that the straps were not long enough for the husband and needed an extended strap. I sent an email, with a copy of my receipt, this morning and 2 hours later a reply email was in my box. They are sending the strap out free of charge. I will be excited to see them using it soon. Thank you for your quick reply and easy fix.

I ordered a carrier with sunshade and backpack. All was nicely packed and high quality.
