First class experience with Joe and Caroline. They both made me feel relaxed before the procedure started. Joe then explained how he was going to repair a tooth I had a persistent problem with. He's a perfectionist and the tooth now feels 100% fixed. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Durham Family Dental cant fault it. Sam who done my 2 deep fillings was so caring and made me feel very much at ease as having a terrible phobia of dentists didnt feel a thing !!! Gill the dental nurse made me feel so calm and relaxed as they both know I feel terrible anxious about visiting the dentist.There patience with me is 2 to none.Don't no how they put up with me they deserve a medal !!!

Had my appointment today with Sam and Anna and I have to say they were very patient and reassuring . As a very nervous patient this was exactly what I needed. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist Andrea. The practice manager Jill Blanchflower went out of her way to reschedule my appointment from an afternoon slot to a morning slot as she knows of my nervousness. Highly recommended.

I attended today, 20/09/23 for a filling and was initially met in reception by Jill & Courtney, both were welcoming and polite (as usual) and it wasn’t long before I was taken for my procedure which was to be done by Sam who was to be assisted by Anna. Sam and Anna were both friendly and chatty and above all during to procedure were very calm and very professional.
Durham family dental is an excellent practice with first class staff working within it and I would definitely recommend it to any family and friends and to anyone nervous of a visit to the dentist.

Attended yesterday for an appointment with Laura the dentist.As ever the reception staff are also so warm and welcoming, made me feel very relaxed.I was a bit anxious about having a back tooth assessed for root canal.Laura as usual, was so reassuring and calming, and carried out the procedure so professionally and gently, explaining everything to me.Laura is a fantastic dentist and a lovely lady.
