Attended the practice for treatment today and being a nervous patient was quite anxious. However, Sam and Gill soon put me at ease with their reassuring manner and friendly approach. Sam was excellent at explaining in detail what was going to happen and assured me everything would be done at my pace. I’m a new patient and, after my initial assessment with Steph, which was very thorough, I had my first treatment which was the replacement of a cracked filling. This was done by Sam, assisted by Lorna, who were both friendly and reassuring. They created a nice, calm atmosphere with no sense of hurry.
