I visited Durham Family Dental for an appointment with Caroline Smith, Dental Therapist, who was assisted by Skye and I found the service to be exceptional. I immediately felt at ease and was very will informed before Caroline and Skye started my hygiene treatment. During the appointment I was very comfortable and at the end of the appointment I noticed my teeth to be brighter and cleaner that they have been for years. The treatment was comprehensive, and I am following the advice given. I will continue to attend the practice for regular follow ups. I have given a five-star review which both Caroline and Skye fully deserve. Thank you.

Went here today to see Laura/Lauren sorry I can't remember her name rang at 9am to speak to reception as an emergency appointment after struggling to get one anywhere, this practice were so kind from start to finish from reception to the nursing staff and dentist everyone was so good, I'm so glad they got me in today as I was in so much pain and I signed up to them due to how professional everyone was highly recommended!

I visited Durham family dental today after many years of not seeing a dentist. I'm not afraid to admit that I was scared and apprehensive when I turned up for my first appointment. I was instantly put at ease by Laura & Caroline, who very clearly talked me through what they were doing and why. I was happy with the treatment I received and the thorough explanation of treatment plans and work required going forward. My only regret is that I've left it so long to seek treatment.
