Javier may have saved my life lol. He helped me during one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had. I became extremely sick after an incident at a nearby bar, and he came to my hotel to administer an IV. He was calm, professional, and incredibly kind at a moment when I really needed reassurance. He explained everything clearly, made me feel safe, and checked in throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable.
